  Really nice crew of people. They made simple what I thought was going to be a very hard task. Too, I found out that the department stores do not have a better price than the AT&T store. The price here is the exact same price as I paid at Wal-Mart a month ago. However, there is a huge difference between this store and the department store where I bought my phone. The workers at the department stores know nearly nothing about the available phone plans. I had asked several questions when I purchased my phone and the department store clerk could not nor would not get the answer for me. Here, to every question that I asked, I was given an answer. When the clerk could not answer a question, I was referred to someone who could. Several of my questions required the clerk to do research on the internet, but every one of my questions were answered. I told the clerk that from now on, I will be returning to the AT&T store to do my phone business.
